| 摘 要： | 在分析自主择业阶段大学生就业现状的基础上,检验大学生就业与经济增长之间的关系,测算大学生就业对潜在GDP损失率的影响,并对大学生就业进行统计预测,最后给出提高大学生就业的政策建议。结果表明:大学生就业与经济增长之间存在正向的相关关系,每增加1个单位的大学生就业将带来642.752个单位的GDP增长;初始就业率不高所导致的潜在GDP年均损失率高达27%;未来大学生的初始就业率有进一步下降的态势。
