| 摘 要： | 高效率的技术市场能促进科技成果的商品化、产业化，实现科技与经济的紧密结合。运用1995—2006年的数据从总体规模和内部结构两个角度对辽宁技术市场的发展现状进行了分析，明确了目前制约辽宁技术市场发展的主要因素，并且分别从技术市场供给、技术中介、技术交易动力等方面给出相应的政策建议。
