| 摘 要： | 节约型社会的构建,应在思想上确立辩证的科学功能观、正确的代际伦理观,同时,摒弃纯粹的节约观,走生产与消费节约和依靠科技创新节约并举的道路。目前,科学万能论、后现代科学观对节约型社会的构建有着较大的制约性影响。"科学万能论"构成了人们确立辩证的科学功能观、正确的代际伦理观的现实障碍;极端的"后现代科学观"因其对"科学"范畴的基础性认知的颠覆,使人们求知的动力与热情得以削弱,影响人们"用科学知识开辟节约型社会构建新道路"的努力。
