| 摘 要： | 分析了知识与信息资源的内涵及其对经济增长的贡献机制,探讨了信息技术给信息资源及知识带来的影响,认为知识与信息资源之间是一种互相促进的关系,在此基础上用生产函数推导出知识与信息资源对经济增长共同作用的效率测度公式。

| Abstract: | This paper analyzes the connotation of knowledge and information resource and the mechanism of their contribution to economy growth,discusses the influence of information technology on knowledge and information resource,and holds that the knowledge and information resource show mutually-promoting relationship.On this basis,the measure formula of the co-action efficiency of knowledge and information resource to economic growth is derived with the production function. |
