摘    要:已有文献对变革型领导影响员工创新行为的中介变量和调节变量的研究鲜有着墨,其关系作用机制仍未被探明.以认知心理学ABC理论的逻辑为研究思路,在变革型领导对员工创新行为的影响路径中同时引入来自个体层次和团队层次的认知变量——员工心理授权和团队心理安全感,深入分析两个认知变量在关系中的中介效应和调节效应,从理论上构建变革型领导影响员工创新行为的跨层次中介效应、调节效应理论模型,并提出未来研究的建议.

Abstract:There are few existing literatures which study about mediator and moderating variables of the relationship between transformational leadership and employee innovative behavior,and the mechanism of such relationship has not yet been proven.In this paper,the logic of "ABC" theory is used as the train of researching thoughts,and employee psychological authorization and team psychological safety,that is,the individual-level invariables and the team-level cognitive variables,is added into the impact path of transformational leadership to employees’ innovative behavior,so as to deeper analyze the mediating and moderating effect of the two cognitive variables in the relationship,build a cross-level model of mediating effect and moderating effect of the impact of the transformational leadership on employees’ innovative behavior.In the end,some suggestions are given about the future research.
