摘    要:气象工作对于提高防灾抗灾能力、保护人民生命财产安全具有十分重要的意义。气象事业作为科技型、基础性公益事业,要想做好必须依靠科技进步,必须充分发挥科技人员的积极性和创造力。采用大样本对我国气象科技人员生存状态满意度与工作绩效之间的关系以及不同统计学特征下的气象科技人员生存状态和工作绩效的差异性进行了实证研究,得到了气象科技人员生存状况的真实结论并提出了进一步改善激励政策的建议。

Abstract:The meteorological work is very important to improve abilities of the preventing and fighting natural adversities and protect the safety of people's life and property.Meteorological undertaking is science and technology and basic commonweal career.We must fully depend on the scientific and technological progress and encourage science and technology personnel to do well in the undertaking.In this paper,an empirical research is carried out to analyze the relation between the survival condition satisfaction and the job performance of the meteorological science and technology personnel and the difference in the survival condition satisfaction and the job performance of them under different statistical characteristics.The true conclusion on the survival condition of the meteorological science and technology personnel is reached with some suggestions proposed to further improve the incensitive policies.
