| 摘 要： | 由于CCD摄像机无法一次拍摄到被测物体的所有轮廓,所以需要移动载物平台,便于CCD摄像机分数次拍摄被测物体的不同轮廓.文中提出了一种实现二维几何量测量的路径自动生成方法,用于实现载物平台的自动移动.该方法利用机器视觉和数控技术实现每移动一次载物平台完成一次被测物体分段轮廓图像的拍摄和处理,从而确定载物平台下一次的移动路径,最终实现被测物体完整轮廓坐标数据的自动采集.实验结果表明,运用设计的路径自动生成方法实现了被测物体轮廓坐标数据的自动提取.
