聚乙烯泡沫塑料的静态压缩性能研究

摘    要:研究了聚乙烯泡沫塑料在静态压缩状态下,不同密度、不同压缩厚度、不同压缩次数所表现出的相似或相异的应力一应变曲线.结果表明,通过对不同密度的聚乙烯泡沫塑料的实验分析,可以发现相同应变时,密度越大应力越大;相同应力时,密度越小,应变越大;厚度不同的2种试样的应力-应变曲线并无明显差异.

Abstract:The stress-strain curves of the polyethylene foamed plastics are researched under the state of static compression with different material density, different compression thickness and different compression times . Through the experimental analysis of the polyethylene foamed plastics of different density, it is noted that the stress increases with the increasing density when the strain is constant, and the strain increases with the decreasing density when the stress is constant. The stresses-strain curves of two samples with different thickness have no obvious differences.
