摘    要:随着控制单元数目的不断增多,汽车电控系统结构日趋复杂.针对某天然气城市客车设计了一种基于车载网络的灵活性强、可靠性高的数字仪表系统,该系统开发采用了组件化设计方法,基于HCS12嵌入式处理器,通过CodeWarrior软件开发平台和Vspy3故障诊断平台实现系统的快速开发.系统中包括基于CAN的仪表信息模块和步进电机式仪表盘,不仅可以直观地显示车辆运行信息,还能够通过总线接口实现故障诊断.试车运行结果表明,该系统达到了良好的运行效果,稳定可靠.

Abstract:The structure of the vehicle control system is becoming more and more complex due to the increasing number of electronic control units(ECU).A flexible and reliable digital vehicle instrument system based on in-vehicle network is designed and implemented on a new natural gas city bus.Based on HCS12 embedded processor,the instrument control system adopts modularization design method and can implement rapid development through CodeWarrior software platform and Vspy3 diagnosis platform.The vehicle control system contains an information module and a digital stepper motor panel,which can realize the visual displaying of vehicle running information and the fault diagnosis through bus interface.The instrument system has been proved to be effective and reliable through road driving test.
