智能对线器语音系统设计与仿真分析

摘    要:为方便继电保护人员在使用智能对线器时进行语音通信,在智能对线器的基础上设计了一个语音通信系统.该系统编码技术以码激励线性预测语音编码(CELP)技术为基础,采用分裂式矢量量化(SVQ)技术、开环与闭环结合的自适应码本搜索算法和固定码本自相关搜索算法来提高语音处理速度和重构语音质量,应用自适应组合滤波器进一步增强语音的感性质量.仿真分析和语音测试的结果表明,语音通信系统获得了较高质量的重构语音,能满足对线工作的语音通信需求.

Abstract:For the convenience of the relay protection personnel’s communicating in the use of an intelligent line-check device,a speech transmission system is designed.Based on the speech coding technique of code-excited linear prediction(CELP),the system can increase the rate of the speech processing and attain higher reconstructed speech quality through the adoption of the split vector quantization(SVQ) technique,the adaptive codebook search algorithm which combines open and closed loop,and the fixed codebook autocorrelation research algorithm.With the adoption of adaptive combination filter,the perceptual quality of speech can be further improved.The test and analysis of the imitation research on speech shows that the speech transmission system can obtain higher reconstructed speech quality,meeting the needs of the relay protection personnel on speech communication.
