摘    要:结合国内外汽车轮胎压力监测系统(TPMS)的发展特点,分析了提高汽车轮胎压力监测系统性能的途径和方法.从改善汽车轮胎压力监测系统接收机角度考虑,提出了一种改进型接收机,即在接收显示单元和发射单元之间加入无线中继单元.介绍了基于MC9S08DZ60和IA4421的接收机和无线中继的硬件、软件设计及汽车轮胎压力监测系统通信协议.改进后的接收机提高了汽车轮胎胎温胎压监测系统的性能,具有良好的可操作性,可以应用于大型客车、货车上,具有良好的市场前景.

Abstract:Combining the development characteristics of tire pressure monitor system (TPMS) at home and abroad, the authors analyzed the method to improve the performance of this system. In order to improve the receiver of TPMS, an improved receiver is proposed, i.e. adding a wireless relaying unit between the receiving unit and the transmitting unit. This paper presents the hardware and software design of the receiver and wireless relay system based on MC9S08DZ60 and IA4421, as well as the communication protocol of TPMS. The improved receiver gives a better performance to TPMS with excellent maneuverability and can be applied to the bus, truck, etc. , having promising market prospect.
