| 摘 要： | 通过对大量实验数据的分析指出了MPEG一4FGS标准在低比特面编码方式上存在的不足，并提出针对存在不足的改进方案．该方案对于0、1接近均匀分布的比特面采用直接编码的方法．并将改进后的方法与原始方法进行比较，实验结果表明了改进方案的有效性．

| Abstract: | This paper points out the shortage of the coding method for the enhancement layer's low bit plane in MPEG-4 FGS standard,and presents a more effective method to overcome the shortage.The method employs direct coding method instead of the original method as to the bit plane where the distribution of 0 and 1 is nearly uniform.Simulation results show the efficiency of the improved methods. |
