摘    要:针对海洋油田拖轮在恶劣海况条件下拖带作业,易发生缆绳断裂事故,提出设计以AT89C52单片机为核心的实现缆绳张力实时监控、缆绳自动收放以及液压油温度自动调节功能的液压拖缆机控制装置,以提高拖缆机的操作性能和自动保护功能,使得拖缆机的操作更为简便、安全.

Abstract:When oilfield tugboat was on duty in bad sea condition, the steel wire of hydraulic winch broke frequently. Therefore, an automatic control device for hydraulic winch is designed based on AT89C52 single chip microcomputer. It can monitor the steel wires parameters in real time, release the steel wire and adjust the temperature of hydraulic oil automatically, so as to improve the performance of operation and self - protection of hydraulic winch. This device makes the operation easy and safe.
