基于ARM+FPGA的三电平逆变器研究

摘    要:介绍了三电平逆变器电压空间矢量脉宽调制(SVPWM)控制的原理.使用ARM(advanced RISC machine)控制芯片和FPGA(field programmable gate array)芯片搭建硬件平台,进行算法设计,产生所需的PWM波形,通过驱动电路驱动功率器件IGBT,实现三电平逆变器.最后给出实验结果,验证了该方法的可行性.

Abstract:This paper introduces the principle of voltage space vector pulse width modulation (SVPWM) in the control of three-level inverter. The software was designed based on the control chip ARM and chip FPGA. The wave of pulse width modulation (PWM) was got from that. The wave drove the power device of IGBT by the driving circuit. Then the three-level inverter was realized. Finally, the tested results were given, which proves the practicability of this method.
