摘    要:活塞是柴油机最主要的零件之一,寻求活塞正确而可靠的温度场计算方法,是提高柴油机可靠性与寿命的重要途径.文章论述了活塞热分析的理论基础,建立了活塞三维有限元模型.采用经验公式计算活塞换热系数,并对其进行了温度场分析计算,得到了活塞的三维温度场分布特征.结果表明此计算方法简单,可以用于活塞温度场分析计算.

Abstract:The piston is one of the main parts of diesel, so it is an important way of improving the reliability and life of diesel to find the right and reliable calculation methods of piston temperature field. This paper discusses the theoretical base of piston thermal analysis, and builds the three-dimensional finite element models of diesel. Then, the three-dimensional temperature field distributing characters of piston have been gotten by calculating its heat transfer coefficient and temperature field adopting empirical formulas. The results show that the method is easy, so it can be used to calculate the piston temperature field.
