摘    要:将舰炮多体发射系统简化为若干弹性元件铰接的准弹性模型.应用速度矩阵法进行了各刚体动力学关系的分析与计算,确定了该系统的速度矩阵及角速度矩阵,建立了舰炮多体发射系统6自由度动力学方程,通过Matlab进行矩阵及符号的运算推导,并进行了数值仿真.数值计算得到了舰炮多体发射系统中各刚体的运动规律和受力情况.最后对不同刚度参数下舰炮系统的振动响应进行分析,得到了高低机的扭转刚度与基座舰体间接触刚度的变化对舰炮发射的振动影响规律,为舰炮的结构设计及优化和提高射击稳定性提供了依据.

Abstract:The naval gun multi-body launching system was simplified to a quasi-elastic model composed of elastic elements articulated with each other.This paper analyzed and calculated the dynamic relations among all rigid bodies by the speed matrix method,with the speed and angular speed matrices governed and the system’s 6 DOF dynamics equations established.And then the matrixes with Matlab were calculated and the numerical values were simulated.From the numerical calculation,the motion rule and force state of all bodies in the system were obtained.Finally,the vibration response of systems with different stiffness coefficients was analyzed,and the influencing law of change in the elevating mechanism’s torsion stiffness and indirect contact stiffness between the support and the main body on the launching vibration were got.The results provide references for the structural design and firing stability improvement of a naval gun.
