基于Matlab的高压变量泵变量机构的计算机仿真

摘    要:通过对YB一20AH型轴向柱塞泵(恒定压力)的研究,给出了其正确的数学模型和重要参数的计算公式,并对泵进行了静态和动态仿真,其中静态仿真是以M文件的形式用Matlab语言编程完成的,而动态仿真是利用simulink工具箱设置方块图完成.另外,以阀弹簧和活塞弹簧的相关参数为输入变量创建了相应的图形用户界面,利用人机对话可以方便地修改参数值,得到相应状态下的动态仿真曲线.

Abstract:By studying YB-20AH type high pressure axial piston pump (constant-pressure),the mathematical model and formulae for calculating the important parameters were given, and the static and dynamic simulations for the pump were carried out. The static simulation was accomplished by programming in Matlab language as M-file while the dynamic one was by setting block diagrams with Simulink toolbox. After creating the GUI on the correlative parameters of the pressure-sense value spring and the piston spring, the values of the parameters can be easily altered by humah-compuer dialgoue, while variable curves under dynamic simulation are shown in corresponding states.
