| 摘 要： | 主要涉及干涉显微式光纤端机检测仪的设计与制作相关理论的实验研究。光纤端面是一种微细结构，首先讨论了有关微细结构测量的有关问题。对几种微细结构测量技术分别进行简要介绍并作简单的比较。对干涉理论进行了必要的问题，介绍了干涉显微式光纤端面检测仪的基本原理。并在多方实验论证的基础之上，给出了可行的光纤端面检测仪的设计方案和检测评价标准。

| Abstract: | In this paper, we mainly discussed the research and design of an interferometric micro-fiber-end inspector. Firstly the involved techniques for microstructure measurement were introduced and compared. Then the interferometric principle was reviewed in brief and applied to the inspector design. Lastly the feasible scheme and inspection criterion were given on the basis of extensive experiments. |
