一种新型汽车轮胎胎温胎压传感器系统设计

摘    要:结合国内外汽车轮胎胎温胎压监测系统的特点,设计了一种基于智能传感器芯片SP30和ASK射频发射芯片MAX7044的新型汽车胎温胎压传感器系统的实现方法.其中SP30集多种传感器和微处理器于一身,负责测量实时数据,测量的数据经2片MAX7044交替工作组成的FSK射频系统发射出去,位于驾驶室的接收机接收数据并进行相关处理.说明了胎温胎压传感器系统的组成结构及工作电路原理图、软件设计流程和通信数据帧格式等.实验表明,设计方案在保证结构简单,成本低廉的同时满足了所有的设计要求.

Abstract:According to the development tendency of tire pressure and temperature monitoring system at home and abroad, this paper presents a new sensor system based on the intelligent sensor chip SP30 and the RF Transmitter chip MAX7044. The data is measured by SP30--a micro system consisting of many sensors and MCU, and transmitted by a FSK RF system which consists of two Max7044s working alternately. The data is received and proceeded by the receiver installed in the cab. The structure of this sensor system, the theoretical circuit diagram, the software flow and the frame format of communication data are introduced in this paper. This design scheme not only can meet all design requirements, but also has concise structure and lower cost.
