摘    要:在传统计算公式的基础上,利用递推原理推导出一种新型的较为容易判别平面机构自由度的方法——断杆法,并用实例证明了该计算方法的正确性和实用性.“断杆法”克服了传统公式对运动副的依赖,并且通过将机构分组,实现了对机构复合铰链、虚约束以及局部自由度的新的处理方法;尤其是对高副的处理,简化了机构自由度的分析与计算.

Abstract:A new method is presented for calculating the degrees of freedom of planar mechanisms with recursive law based on the conventional formulas.Some examples are given to verify the correctness and the practicality of this method.In contrast to the traditional formula,the new method is named "breakage of bar",which evades the dependence on the constraint in the traditional formula.By grouping the plane link,we propose a new method to deal with the compound hinges,the redundant constraints and the partial degree of freedom.The special treatment of the higher pairs simplifies the analysis and calculation of the degrees of freedom of the planar mechanisms.
