摘    要:泥沙流循环水槽是总装备部中国白城兵器试验中心用于轻武器环境模拟试验的.,其水流速度V=1.5±0.5m/s,关键是动力部分———轴流泵要设计计算好.该轴流泵无定型产品,属特殊用途,非标准设计,其中叶轮采用船用的导管螺旋桨,计算和选择合适的电磁调速电动机和减速机,才能无级调速和控制水流速度.

Abstract:The sand flow circulating water channel was developed by the General Equipment Department Engineering Design and Research Institute; it is used in the test of circumstance simulation. The velocity is about 1m/s to 2m/s in the test section. The most important part is dynamic unit named the axial flow pump. It has no the fixed product and has special use and nonstandard design. This paper introduced the calculation and choices of stepless and electromagnetical timing electromotor and reducer. In addition the design of turbine taken on shrouded screw was also introduced.
