Co修饰活性炭作为超级电容器的电极材料

摘    要:为提高碳电容器的容量,采用Co2 真空浸渍、碱化处理的方法对活性炭电极进行了修饰.采用循环伏安、恒流充放电、寿命试验及漏电流测量等方法对Co修饰后的电极及电容器的性能进行了测试,结果表明,Co修饰后的活性炭电极的比容量比未修饰的活性炭电极提高26.8%,组成电容器后经1000次循环,电容量仍保持在91%以上,且该电容器漏电流较小.

Abstract:In order to improve the capacitance, activated carbon was modified by Co~(2 ) and treated in alkaline solution. The improvements of activated carbon modified by Co~(2 ) were confirmed by the experiments of CV, constant current charge/discharge, cycle life and leakage current. The result is that the specific capacitance of activated carbon modified is 26.8% higher than that of without modified , the capacitance of the capacitor has been kept more than 91% after 1000 cycles and its leakage current is very low.
