| 摘 要： | 设计一个基于Java语言的电信级的OSS的解决方案，主要包括3方面的工作：1)讨论基于Java语言的APIs在OSS中的应用；2)论证开发OSS所需的工具和相关技术；3)设计出基于J2EE和EJBs的OSS的解决方案的框架图．针对集成现有的电信应用程序和开发并集成OSS应用程序这2种情况，提出电信运营支撑系统的解决方案．

| Abstract: | The telecommunications OSS is a new approach to defining and implementing an open and standard set of APIs using Java technology for Operations Support Systems (OSS).There are three aspects included in this paper:1) the application area of Java APIs;2) what kinds of tools and technology will be used and;3) the framework of OSS based on J2EE and EJBs.Aiming at these aspects,a solution to the telecommunications OSS is presented. |
