加速度计温度控制系统设计与实现

摘    要:为去除环境温度变化对加速度计输出的影响,系统在硬件上以AVR单片机为核心,设计了温度控制系统.系统采用恒流源设计的铂电阻温度传感器并利用单片机片内集成模数转换器实现传感器输出信号的采集.数据经单片机处理后输出PWM控制信号经光电隔离和功率放大后实现对加热片的控制.软件部分采用积分分离式PID控制算法,同时介绍了利用C#编程语言快速开发上位机的一种方法,以此上位机软件作为辅助工具对温控系统的控制器参数进行整定.从而实现了加速度计温度控制系统的闭环控制,满足了系统的精度要求.

Abstract:Based on the product of AVR MCU (Micro Control Unit) developed by Atmel company, the temperature control system was designed for protecting an accelerometer from the temperature change of environment. It makes use of the A/D converter to obtain the temperature signal which used constant current source circuit. After having been processed by MCU, the data is converted to PWM control signal that achieves the control with heater after the optic-electronic isolation and power amplification. In the aspect of software, integral-separation PID control algorithm was used. A method for fast designing the software of host computer which uses the C# programming language was used. The controller parameter of the system was determined by the assistant of the software of host computer. Finally, it achieves the feedback control over the accelerometer temperature control system and meets the demand on accuracy.
