双通道积分电路在高楼变频供水系统中的应用

摘    要:应用电子技术按设定频率上、下限实现自动转换的双通道积分电路,并按此设计PLC控制的调速高楼生活供水系统.系统用1台超小型PLC及1台变频器构成3台水泵并联供水,经长时间运行表明,供水系统各水泵循环投切稳定可靠,节电率40%以上,在现代城市高楼生活供水中,是一种比较安全稳定、节能有效的方法.

Abstract:We introduced a double passage integrating circuit,which could automatically convert the working frequency within the upper and lower frequency limit. Applying this technology,the author designd the PLC controlled, frequency conversion high rise water feed system,which consisted of mini PLC, the transducer and three parallel water pumps. The long term operation indicated that each pump cycle was in good condition and electrical power can be saved by 40%. Therefore, it is a reliable and energy saving method for high building water supply of the modern city.
