丰田5A-FE型电控发动机实验台设计

摘    要:为研究汽车发动机电控系统的故障诊断,设计制作了丰田5A-FE型电控发动机仿真实验台.实验台装备有5A-FE型电控发动机、A140E型自动变速器、设有各种模拟通断开关的控制板等,可模拟多种系统故障,适用于教学和科研工作.在此阐述了该电控发动机实验台的设计思路及制造方法,对实验台结构特点及功能作了简要介绍,并对汽车电控发动机实验台的发展完善做了分析.

Abstract:A simulation experimental platform for Toyota 5A-FE electronically controlled engine is designed to study the failure diagnosis of the electronically controlled system of the engine. The platform is equipped with a Toyota 5A-FE electronically controlled engine, a Toyota A140E automatic transmission and a control panel with on-off switches, which can simulate many malfunctions, etc. In this paper, the design concept and manufacturing procedure of the platform was demonstrated. Then the structural features and functions were briefly introduced. Analysis was done on development and further perfection of the experimental platform for electronically controlled engines.
