摘    要:基于两位两通电磁阀的高压共轨燃油喷射系统模型的仿真过程,利用AVL公司开发的HYDSIM软件建立模型,给出共轨管与高压油管参数对喷射过程的影响.为喷油系统的优化设计和试验台验证提供理论依据.

Abstract:Based on the simulation of high-pressure common rail injector model with 2/2 way valve, a calculation model is set up by using the HYDSIM software developed by the AVL company. The result indicates that the injecting process is affected by parameters of common rail pipe and high-pressure oil pipe, and it provides the theoretical foundation for the optimization design of injecting system and the validation of test-bed.
