| 摘 要： | 我国海上风能资源非常丰富,海上风电作为风电行业的一个新兴产业,起步较晚,实施难度较大.该文来源于中海油渤海海上风电示范项目,从陆地制造、公差控制、防腐、海上运输、安装等方面对项目的实施进行分析研究,通过与陆地风电进行对比,找出其中的差异及解决措施,可以较好地规避项目实施风险,降低项目投资成本,为今后的海上风电施工提供了参考. |

| Abstract: | There are rich wind energy resources in our country. As a new industry of wind power, offshore wind power is beginning lately, and implementing difficultly. Our research comes from offshore wind power demonstration of Bohai supported by CNOOC. Main analysis and study were done about wind power land fabrication, tolerance control, corrosion control, offshore transportation, lifting ＆ offshore installation, and so on. Compared with land wind power, we can find differences and solutions, so as to avoid project implementation risk and reduce investment cost, which can provide references for construction proiect of offshore wind power. |
