摘    要:介绍了一种新的舰船管系柔性编码方法和加工工艺推理方法.即利用成组技术原理,编制舰船管系特征码和加工码,并利用BP神经网络进行加工工艺推理,在总结BP神经网络推理方法的基础上,给出了利用BP神经网络开发船舶管系CAPP的方法,并论述这种方法的优点.这种推理方法极大地提高了船舶管系CAPP系统的柔性,开发了一种应用于不同厂家的CAPP系统。

Abstract:This paper introduces a new a new method of ship piping code and technology inference .It uses group technology to generate ship piping characteristic codes and processing codes and uses BP neural network to generate processing technology .It also gives a new method to develop ship piping CAPP based on BP neural network . This method improves ship piping CAPP system's flexibility and develops a new CAPP system that can be used in different factories .
