多目标优化理论在武器装备采办委托代理策略中的应用

武器装备呈现出技术密集、知识密集和系统复杂等特点，同时也带来了采办委托代理的高投入、高风险．分析了武器装备采办委托代理过程的各种组成要素，引人多目标最优理论，提出武器装备采办委托代理的质量最优、成本最低目标函数，给出相应的约束条件，建立委托代理最优化策略数学模型．针对模型特点提出禁忌搜索进化算法对模型进行寻优求解，通过仿真实例比较证明该委托代理策略具有可行性和高效性．

Application of multi-objective optimization theory to the principal-agent strategy in weapon equipment acquisition

With the quick development of science and technology, weapon equipment becomes more and more intri- cate, causing high risk and cost for the principal-agent of equipment acquisition. In this paper, the authors analyze various constituents in the principal-agent process for the acquisition of weapon equipment, introdiace a multi-objec- tive optimization theory, propose a target function with the optimal quality and the lowest cost for the principal-agent of weapon equipment acquisition, give corresponding constraint conditions and establish a mathematic model on the optimized principal-agent strategy. In addition, according to the characters of the model, the taboo search evolution- ary algorithm is applied to seek the optimal solution of model. It is verified by simulation that the principal-agent strategy is feasible and highly-efficient.
