摘    要:为了减少发射模块和接收模块之间射频信号衰耗,根据汽车轮胎温度压力监测系统TPMS(tire pressuremon itoring system)的特点,提出了用加速度传感器控制发射模块定位发射的"TPMS".首先介绍了利用加速度传感器估算车速和定位TPMS发射模块轮胎转动位置的原理,然后给出了MCU编程实现车速估算和发射模块定位的方法.引入定位发射传感信号的方法后,有效地克服了轮胎钢网和轮毂等金属构件对发射模块发射传感信号的影响,使TPMS的误码率性能获得极大的改善.该方法具有良好的可操作性,可用于大型客车、货车上.

Abstract:According to the characteristic of the tire pressure monitoring system (TPMS), a method of locating the transmitted TPMS by controlling the transmitting module using acceleration sensors was proposed in order to cut down the RF signal attenuation between the transmitting module and the receiving module. First, this paper introduces the theory of evaluating vehicle speed and locating tire rotating of TPMS transmitting module by using acceler- ation sensor and then gives the method of MCU software programming for evaluating vehicle speed and locating the transmitting module. The improved method of locating transmitted signal of acceleration sensor effectively overcomes the influence of metal components such as tire steel mesh, hub, etc. on the signals launched by transmitting module, and greatly improves bit error rate (BER) of TPMS. The introduced method has excellent maneuverability and can be applied to the bus, truck, etc.
