摘    要:针对当前寒冷地区生活污水处理现状及普通活性污泥在不同温度条件下COD降解性能、沉降性能的变化,从微生物学角度分析并验证了活性污泥中始终存在有低温耐冷菌,并通过试验证明低温耐冷菌在低温环境条件下所具有的相对优势.试验结果表明:在中温环境条件下低温耐冷菌的COD去除率虽不及中温菌,但二者相差不到10%,而在低温环境条件下低温耐冷菌的COD去除率却高于中温菌COD去除率63.67%;从而证明低温耐冷菌对寒冷地区污水治理领域具有广阔的应用前景.

Abstract:Based on current situation of treatment of domestic sewage in cold area and changes of degradative and sedimentary properties of COD at different temperatures, the psychrotrophilic bacteria was proved to exist in active sludge from the angle of microbiology. The psychtrophilic bacteria possesses particular dominance under cryogenic environment, which is also verified by experiment. The experimental results indicate that the removal rate of COD for psychrotrophilic bacteria is 10 percent lower than that of mesophilic bacteric at normal temperature, but at low temperature, the COD removal rate of the former is 63.67 percent higher than that of the latter. Therefore, the psychrotrophilic bacteria has great and bright potential in waste water treatment in cold area.
