新型电极材料高铁酸盐的合成研究

摘    要:高铁酸盐是新型的电极活性材料,以其作正极的高铁电池是一种可望替代锌锰电池的绿色电池。论述了电极材料高铁酸盐(高铁酸钾及高铁酸钡)的合成方法和工艺,确定了最佳的合成工艺参数如氧化剂,温度,脱碱剂等。使用XRD表征了高铁酸钾和高铁酸钡的结构,使用邻二氮菲分光光度法测定其纯度。实验结果表明改进的方法具有工艺简单,产品稳定性好等优点。

Abstract:Ferrate salt is a new style of electrode material. The super iron(VI) cell which uses ferrate salt as positive material can substitute for the traditional Zn_Mn cell. This paper discussed the method of prepation for an technology of ferrate salt (potassium ferrate and barium ferrate), and determined the best technological parameters, such as oxidant,temperature, dealkalization agent. XRD spectroscopy was used to demonstrate the structure of ferrate salt. The ferrpom specrophotometry was used to determine the content of ferrate salt. The experimental results demonstrate that the improved method has the character of simple technology and higher production purity.
