| 摘 要： | 将氧帘快速切割的原理应用于连铸板坯切割生产中，着重研究连铸板坯快速切割割嘴的工艺过程及结构特点。该割嘴在实际生产应用中表明具有切割成本低、工效高、寿命长、使用方便、性能可靠、割缝较窄、切割断面质量好等优点，具有 很高的推广价值。

| Abstract: | According to the principle of oxygen_curtain high-speed nozzle cutting, the features of technological process and structure were emphasized on oxygen_curtain high-speed nozzle cutting continuous casting panel embryo. The nozzle has the advantage of low cutting cost,high efficiency,long lifetime,easy operation,reliable performance,narrow cutting gap,fine cutting face and high spread value during practical production. |
