| 摘 要： | 研究了非线性抽象泛函微分方程的有界性和吸引集，并给出了其存在性的充分准则。特别地，当系统有平衡点时，获得了平衡点全局渐近稳定的充分条件。

| Abstract: | functional differential equations are studied.Sufficient conditions for boundedness and attracting set of the equations are obtained.More specially,when the equations have a equilibrium point,the authors show that the equilibrium point is asymptotically stable.An example is also worked out to illustrate those results. |
