氮方酸的酸化反应

摘    要:在酸或吡啶催化下,氮方酸(3,4-二氨基-3-环丁烯二酮)可被酰化试剂羧酸、醋酐和酰氯酰化;反应条件不同,可生成单酰化或双酰化产物,亦可能发生其它反应.合成了8个新化合物,给出了相应产物的结构数据.由于酰基的引入,产物具有二酰亚胺的结构特征,且酸性较强.

Abstract:Using acid or pyridine as a catalyst,nitrogen aci3,4-diamino-3-cyclobutenedione)can be acylated by carboxylic acid,acetic anhydride and acyl chloride.The formation of monoacyl or bi-acyl products depended on the reaction conditions.Eight novel compounds were synthesized and the structure dare of the compounds were determined. Because of the introduction of acyl group,the ptoducts exhibited the structral feature of biacylimide and the strong acidity.
