摘    要:采用XPS方法研究了Fe,V助剂的加入对CuO/Al2O3催化剂的表面结构及其对合成甲醇活性的影响,结果表明,Fe,V助剂的加入能增大室温下被氧化的铜物种的表面浓度,从而提高催化剂的低温活性,Cu,Fe,V原子的表面浓度都低于体相浓度,存在向体相扩散的趋势,Fe,V在载体上浸渍的先后顺序不能确定其表面原子浓度的大小,与Cu相比,Fe和V在表面有一定程度的富集,它们还导致表面铝酸盐物种的生成。

Abstract:The surface structure of CuO/Al 2O 3 promoted by Fe,V were studied by XPS technique. The state and distribution of surface species and their effects on the activity of the catalysts were investigated.The results show that the concentration of copper species on the surface which could be oxidized at room temperature attribute to the activity of the catalysts.The surface atomic concentrations of copper, iron and vanadium are lower than their bulk concentrations.The aggregation of copper,iron and vanalium on the bulk differs from metal to metal ,as well as the preparation processes. It was found that the formation of surface aluminate species when Fe,V promoters are added is beneficial to the catalytic activity of the finished catalysts.
