西瓜枯萎病抗性的细胞学研究

摘    要:作者针对枯萎病菌对西瓜幼根的侵染过程进行研究,对西瓜感病、抗病品种受感染后细胞学特征变化进行了观察.实验结果表明:枯萎病菌多从根部受损部位侵入,穿过薄壁组织后进入维管组织,在菌丝体生长处,薄壁组织多坏死,木质部导管中相继出现侵填体及-些灰褐色物质,并发生管壁加厚现象,在筛管中筛板加厚形成胼胝体这种现象在感病品种与抗性品种中都能见到,但在抗性品种中发生更早、频率更高.

Abstract:The transforming process of the cell structure on the root of watermelon( both the susceptible species and the resistant species) which were infected by the Fusarium oxysporum f.sp.niveum (E.F.Sm) Synd & Hans were observed. The results showed that mycelia invaded from the damaged position of the root,then entered into the vessels through the parenchyma. The tylose and gum in vessels could be seen in all cultivars,the resistant cultivar and the susceptible ones,and the wall of vessels and the sieve plate became thick. It was also found that these phenomena occurred more quickly and frequently in the resistant cultivar than in the susceptible ones.
