红景天水提液对酪氨酸酶抑制效果的初步研究

摘    要:高山红景天(Rhodiola sachalinensis A.Bor.),又名库叶红景天,是一种生长在世界高山高纬度地区的珍贵药用植物,在我国主要分布在东北的长白山区.由于其生长环境极其恶劣,如缺氧、低温干燥、狂风、受紫外线照射,昼夜温差大等,具有很强的生命力和特殊的适应性.民间主要以其根茎人药,具有滋补强壮,抗疲劳,抗衰老,抗寒冷等药效;80年代又发现其具有镇静,提高脑力和体力等功效.但它对酪氨酸酶的抑制作用迄今未见报道.美国加州Berkeley大学的Kubo教授对酪氨酸酶抑制剂的研究最为前沿,他们已从天然植物中提取了几种酪氨酸酶抑制剂,测定了它们对蘑菇酪氨酸酶的抑制作用.为进一步阐明高山红景天的药理作用,我们对高山红景天的水提液的抑制酪氨酸酶活性作用进行了研究,旨在对高山红景天植物的开发和利用提供实验数据.

Abstract:To discuss the inhibiting mechanism of water extraxt solution from Rhodiola on theTyrosinase activity.Tyrosinase inhibiting rate is determined and Lineweaver-Burk curve is made by determining the tyrosinase activity before and after drug(water extract solution) interference oxidant of method,on which we deduce the inhibiting types of the drug.The water extract solutioncan inhibit the tyrosinase activity remarkably with the half inhibiting concentration IC_(50) 3.9g/L.The water extract solution can inhibitth...
