| 摘 要： | 对Ｌａ１＋ｚＢａ２－ｚＣｕ３Ｏｙ相的形成，固溶度和Ｌａ对Ｂａ的替代进行了系统研究，以期获得制备具有更高Ｔｃ的超导体的最佳条件。表明Ｌａ１＋ｚＢａ２－ｚＣｕ３Ｏｙ在空气中固溶度为０．２０－０．７０，Ｎ２中为０。在空气中合成Ｌａ１＋ｚＢａ２－ｚＣｕ３Ｏｙ时，Ｌａ能替代Ｂａ，但Ｂａ并不能替代Ｌａ，空气和Ｏ２有利于Ｌａ对Ｂａ的替代，但当在Ｎ２中合成Ｌａ１＋ｚＢａ２－ｚＣｕ３Ｏｙ时，Ｌａ对Ｂａ的替代受到抑制 |

| Abstract: | The phase formation,solid solution range and the substitution of La for Ba of La1+zBa2-zCu3Oy are investigated systematically for obtaining and understanding the optimum condition for preparing La123 superconductor with higher Tc.The solid solution range of La1+zBa2-zCu3Oy are z=0.20～0.70 in air and z=0 in N2.La can substitute for Ba,but Ba can not for La in La1+zBa2-zCu3Oy in air or O2.Atmosphere of O2 or air is favorable for the substitution of La for Ba.The substitution is suppressed when La1+zBa2-zCu3Oy are sintered and cooled in N2.It is found that sintering and cooling procedure in N2 atmosphere is one key procedure to prepare single phase high-quality La123 superconductor with higher Tc. |
