摘    要:对La1+zBa2-zCu3Oy相的形成,固溶度和La对Ba的替代进行了系统研究,以期获得制备具有更高Tc的超导体的最佳条件。表明La1+zBa2-zCu3Oy在空气中固溶度为0.20-0.70,N2中为0。在空气中合成La1+zBa2-zCu3Oy时,La能替代Ba,但Ba并不能替代La,空气和O2有利于La对Ba的替代,但当在N2中合成La1+zBa2-zCu3Oy时,La对Ba的替代受到抑制

Abstract:The phase formation,solid solution range and the substitution of La for Ba of La1+zBa2-zCu3Oy are investigated systematically for obtaining and understanding the optimum condition for preparing La123 superconductor with higher Tc.The solid solution range of La1+zBa2-zCu3Oy are z=0.20~0.70 in air and z=0 in N2.La can substitute for Ba,but Ba can not for La in La1+zBa2-zCu3Oy in air or O2.Atmosphere of O2 or air is favorable for the substitution of La for Ba.The substitution is suppressed when La1+zBa2-zCu3Oy are sintered and cooled in N2.It is found that sintering and cooling procedure in N2 atmosphere is one key procedure to prepare single phase high-quality La123 superconductor with higher Tc.
