高效菌糠干燥器的研究

摘    要:采用高效喷动床干燥器来提高菌糠的干燥效果,并讨论了喷动床干燥器中床层高度的最小喷动速度,床层最大压降的影响,物料的干燥时间和入气温度对干燥的影响,确定了干燥装置的适宜操作条件。

Abstract:The author made a good use of the high effectual spouted pneumatic drying to rise drying effect of the Chaff bacteria and discussed the influence of drying height on the minimal spouting speed and the maximal pressure drop,the influence of time and the temperature of input air on drying.The drying effects have been studied carefully.The suitable parameters for the drying process have been experimentally determined.
