摘    要:根据透镜成像理论,建立了光栅投影三维成像系统中摄像的成像模型,推导出了物体与成像之间的关系.提出了一种不用分离参数就可求出摄像机机内外参数的新方法.它降低了求解非线性方程的难度,使系统的运行速度显著提高,降低了左右摄像机的差异,提高了三维成像的质量.实验证明,此方法简便易行、稳定性好、精度较高、可操作性强.

Abstract:On the basis of projective theory, a mathematic modeling of camera imaging is built up for 3D measurement of raster projection system. The relationship between objects and their images is derived. A new method, non-separated parameters, is proposed for the intrinsic and extrinsic parameter calculation. Using this method, the complexity of nonlinear function solution is reduced and the system runtime is speedup. The bias of the two cameras is reduced, and the precision of 3D measurement are improved. Experiments of camera correction and matching are carried out in the raster projection 3D measurement. Satisfactory results have been obtained. It is proved that method has the advantages of easy operation, good stability and high precision.
