无机激光废液中锆、钕及三氯氧磷的回收

摘    要:研究了Nd-Zr-POCl3体系无机激光废液的回收方法, 蒸馏回收三氯氧磷;残渣经灼烧后用盐酸溶出钕,与锆分离,再经草酸沉淀,灼烧获得氧化钕;锆以氧化锆的形式回收.其中三氯氧磷的回收率达到93.2%,钕的回收率达到98.8%,锆的回收率达到99.4%.

Abstract:Callback method for inorganic laser wastewater of Nd-Zr-POCl3 system was studied in this paper. Used distillation to reclaim phosphory chloride ,and dissolved residue by hydrochloric acid to seperate neodymium and zirconium, after the process of burning the deposit which was produced by adding oxalic acid, nedocymiumoxide could be obtained, meanwhile zirconium was reclaimed in zirconia. Callback rate of sphorylchloride, nedocymiumoxide and zirconia could can be up to 93.2%, 98.8% and 99.4%, respectively.
