石墨炉原子吸收光谱测定微量钴

摘    要:研究了石墨炉原子吸收测定微量钴,钴吸收线的特性,各种酸对钴原子化的影响以及Mg(NO3)2的基体改进效应,提出了以Na2SiO3为稳定剂,用石墨炉原子吸收人发中痕量钴的方法。

Abstract:The selection of cobalt analysis line, the influence of HC1, HNO3, H2SO4 and HC1O4 on cobalt atomization and the effects of Mg(NO3)2matrix modifier in the determination of Co by GFAAS have been investigated. A method was described for determination of trace Co in human hair by GFAAS using Na2SiO3 as a stabilizer.
