四川五加属植物叶表皮的研究

摘    要:报道了四川五加属Acanthopanax13种及1变种植物的叶表皮的扫描电镜及光学显微镜特征,统计并测量了气孔类型、气孔大小、气孔密度及气孔指数等,描述了表皮角质膜、蜡质纹饰及气孔外拱盖的有关特征。研究表明:五加属植物叶表皮气孔器为无规则型,气孔器类型、表皮细胞开头及垂周壁式样等,种间无差异或差异极小,而气孔角质纹饰和蜡质纹饰、外拱盖表面等种间差异较大。

A LEAF EPIDERMIS STUDY ON ACANTHOPANAX IN SICHUAN

Abstract:The leaf epidermis structures of 13 species and 1 variety, which belon g to Acanthopanax from Sichuan in China, have been examined under LM and SEM . The size, density and index of stomatal were measured and counted under LM. an d under SEM, it was described such as the shape of stomata, cuticular membrane, waxornamentation, outer stomatal ledge(or rim) and etc. The results show that th e type of stomatal apparatus in Acanthopanax is the kind of Anomocytic type. The characters ,such as the type of stomatal apparatus, shape and pattern of an ticlinal walls of epidermis cells are less important between species and can be used as secondary ones. The cuticular membrane , outer stomatal ledge, and wax ornament ation possess the classific value of species.
