| 摘 要： | ３－吗啉基－４－丁氧基－３－环丁烯二酮１与胺反应时，因胺的性质和反应条件不同会出现多种情况．一般情况下，酯基被胺解，胺基进入邻位如３和４．１，３－丙二胺、间氨基酚与１作用，除了胺解还发生分子内和分子间的酰胺交换反应如６和７，后者胺基的位置也有变化．邻氨基酚和邻苯二胺与１的反应产物不是１，２－而是１，３－取代的方酰胺．

| Abstract: | When 3-morpholino-4-butoxy-3-cyclobutene-1, 2-dione reacted with some amines,the reaction products were different depending on the nature of amines and the reaction conditions.In general ,ammololysis of ester group took place, amino groups entered into ortho position of 3-cyclobutene-1 , 2-dione (for example 3 and 4). When propyl-1 , 3-diamine or m -aminophenol reacted with title compound 1 , exception ammololysis transamidation of squaraines in intramolecular and intermolecular can also occured ,giving products 6 and 7. In product 7 ,the rearrangement of amino group was showed. The products formed in the reaction of o-aminophenol and o-phenylenediamine with title compound 1 were not 1 , 2-rather 1 ,3-substituted squaramides. |
