| 摘 要： | 以C_1—C_8脂肪酸及乳酸和四甲基氢氧化铵生成季胺监,用二甲基乙酰胺作溶剂,在室温下和溴乙烷反应,生成对应的乙酯,其产率稳定在95％以上。生成的乙酯在10％丁二酸乙二醇聚酯柱上进行分离。本法操作简便,分离效果好。

| Abstract: | The ethyl esteriiications of C1-C8 fatty acids and lactic acid in the presence of N, N-Dimethyl Acetamide arc studied. The yield of Estcrification products is above 95%. The separation of the products was carried can on the column packed with 10% Polyethylene Glycol Succinate.The method is suitable for the Gas-Chrornatogranhic determination of C1-C3 fatty acids and lactic acid in drinks, food and fermentative products. |
