摘    要:将Fibrillin操纵子驱动的荧光素酶报告基因表达载体导入拟南芥原生质体中,研究基因表达调控,证明脱落酸(ABA)诱导报告基因的表达.同时将相同的质粒转化到甘蓝型油菜蜀杂9号原生质体中,获得与拟南芥中类似的表达结果.实验结果说明Fibrillin操纵子在拟南芥和油菜原生质体中均对ABA的诱导敏感.
