光栅投影三维物体重建中的二值化方法研究

摘    要:在光栅投影成像三维物体表面重建中,由于阴影和光照不均匀的影响,采用传统的时域二值分割方法,难以得到高质量的分割图象.为此,提出了两种图象分割算法:全曝光明图对比空域二值分割算法和分组最大方差空域二值分割算法.这两种分割算法主要是在空域上的每个位置同时考虑所有的二维光栅投影图,从而大大克服了阴影的影响以及光照不均的影响.实验证明,这两种方法提高了光栅投影图的二值分割质量,使得最终的重建结果更为精确,所提出的两种二值分割算法操作简单,易于实现.

Abstract:In raster projection imaging and 3D object reconstruction, due to the shadow and the ununiformity of illumination, high quality of image segmentation cannot be achieved using traditional binarization. In this paper, two methods of image binarization for 3D object reconstruction from raster projection are proposed. One of the methods is spatial binarization in contrast to fully exposed bright image. Another is spatial binarization optimized with maximal covariance grouping. In the two methods, all the 2D images in the series of raster projecting images are processed at the same spatial point. Thus, the affections of shadow and uneven illumination on segmentation can be overcome. Experiments show that the quality of the image binarization is improved significantly, and the precision of the final 3D surface reconstruction is increased, too. The two methods also have the advantages of simple programming and easy implementation.
