| 摘 要： | 对暴发类麻疹综合症的恒河猴病料组织进行了电镜观察,发现有副粘病毒粒子,然后分别合成了麻疹病毒及犬瘟热病毒的特异性引物,对病料进行RT-PCR扩增,从发病死亡的恒河猴脏器中扩增到犬瘟热病毒核蛋白基因287bp的特异片断,而麻疹病毒的检测为阴性.扩增到的犬瘟热病毒核酸片段经序列测定并与GenBank中的犬瘟热病毒毒株进行了比较,发现死亡恒河猴脏器中扩增到的片段序列与犬瘟热病毒疫苗株Onderstepoort、标准野毒株A75-17基因序列的同源性较高,研究结果表明引起恒河猴发病的病原体为麻疹病毒属的犬瘟热病毒.
